Redesigning the unsustainable and generic Polypropylene pill bottle for a sturdy, long-lasting titanium body that maintains the chemically resistant properties of the original polypropylene. We drew inspiration from Carhartt, a brand that supports an honest product at a reasonable price for a good, hardworking community. For the cap, we used Nylon to make sure you know that your essentials are kept safe with enhanced durability and stiffness. To create a comfortable user experience that further protects the bottle from blunt forces, prevents slippage, and aligns with our partner brand, we have given the bottle a Carhartt-classic nubuck leather sleeve.
Manufacturing Process
This process takes a titanium sheet and uses a punch to compress the sheet into a bottle-shaped die.
Meant for high-volume production and is very robust, having frequent usage in high-stress applications, like automotive and aerospace.
